Project Info

This project is designed for the competition of Ministiry of Education and given Honorable Mention Award.

The primary aim of the design is to organize the topography through settlement of the architectural organization of buildings. Main classroom building that organizes the slope serves as the spine, defines ground floor entrances and includes social activity areas.

This spine splices the land into 2 major pieces, one is the upper level and the other is lower one.

Campus main entrance / exit stands on the site's lower level edge.

This edge is the longest side of the site and student service parking areas acts as a border here.

No vehicle is allowed inside. Behind this border are publicly accessible buildings like theatre, gymnasium etc.

The buildings which are belong to on-campus life like cafeteria, dormitories, laboratories etc. are located at the upper level of the site.

At the center of the main spine there is library and science center.

In this way the learning and researching activities will became the heart of the campus life and it will make it easy to reach to this spaces.
